How to Use Body Soaks
Users should soak with 4 ounces during their first 2 soaks unless they have been using other DNR Energy Products for at least 10 days. If (8) ounces seems to be too much, reduce accordingly in (2) ounce increments.
Children under 100 pounds should always use 4 ounces per soak. Under 50 pounds, they should use (2) ounces per soak beginning at age (3).
About You
- If you feel unusual or uncomfortable after a soak, this may be due to your body trying to rebalance or get accustomed to a higher level of energy movement. You should apply Topical Original or Topical Extra Strength to the 8 balancing points.
- Use warm or tepid water, not hot water. Relax the body and mind while soaking.
- When tub is too small, soak 10 min. on back and 10 min. on each side for a total of 30 minutes.
- Use EVB 3 to 4 days before taking first soak and daily during any soak protocol.
- Try to soak at bedtime or upon awakening. Body Soak-Blue is for morning time usage.
- Soak head 5 to 10 minutes while soaking on back side.
- Use 2 oz. for first two soaks if suffering from fatigue or any debilitating condition (4 to 8 oz. thereafter).
- When highly toxic from long-term toxicity, metal or chemical toxicity, expect to soak regularly for six months to a year.
- Don't you or anyone reuse water from prior soaks.
- When or if the hair is gummy, use a lemon or lemon concentrate in the shampoo lather to cut the toxin buildup.
