Shipping Times and Charges
Please allow up to 10-12 business days for delivery. Most orders will arrive within 5-7 days, however sometimes we do not have control over when our vendors ship. We do use several vendors and therefore they use different shipment methods.

Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase from Herbtime (Special Order items not included), simply contact us for return information, postage paid, within 30 days following receipt for a complete refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling. Because the prices we charge you are either the same as, or only very slightly above, our actual product cost, we are simply unable to refund shipping and handling charges.
We do ask, however, that you keep in mind the fact that herbal products simply do not produce instant results in most cases, and that everybody will react differently to nutritional support. The rule of thumb is that for the body to heal itself it requires a minimum of three months of adequate herbal supplementation, plus one additional month for each year that you have had the problem. It also takes seven to ten times the nutrition to heal the body as it takes to maintain normal health.
Special Order items are items that we do not normally stock and that we have ordered especially for you. Special Order items are not refundable except for defective merchandise, which will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policies.
