If you find your score is high enough to cause concern then take appropriate action to support your body’s stress levels. Do take time for yourself so that you can meditate, exercise, get a massage or acupuncture treatment, take a walk, participate in sports activities, etc. and take supportive nutritional supplements as you deal with these stressors in your life.
