Chamomile - Colic, bruises, sprains, insomnia, nervousnessk, gas, bloating, powerful anti-inflammatory, antibactertial, antiviral [B,IN,D,I,F,M,DO,F,C,IM,S]
Chamomile oil, Roman, USA
It is a pale blue, mobile liquid with a sweet herbaceous somewhat fruity-warm tealeaf-like odor.
Roman Chamomile blends well with Bergamot, Jasmine bases, Labdanum products, Neroli oil, Sage Clary oil, and Oakmoss products.
The pale blue color of the Roman Chamomile is due to the presence of a hydrocarbon, Chamazulene. Chamomile oils are different from other oils analytically because they have the highest ester value of all essential oils known; about 300. This is because of a high content of butyl-, amyl-, and hexyl esters of tiglic and angelic acids. The ester content is over 80 percent. These esters are responsible for the unique odor of Chamomile oils.

Cinnamon - Colds, flu, parasites, candida, exhaustion NOTE: Read precautions before using
Cinnamon Bark oil, ECOCERT, Madagascar
The scent is extremely powerful, diffusive, warm-spicy, and tenacious. The undertone and dry-out notes reveal a dryness uncommon with the unusual sweetness. Steffen Arctander describes the longer lasting notes as "powdery-dusty but warm, uniform and lasting...."He also describes the top notes as fruity-fresh and candy-sweet comparable to a good clove bud oil.
The main components in Madagascar's Cinnamon Bark Oil are Cinnamic Aldehyde, Eugenol, aceteugenol and trace amounts of other aldehydes. The amount of aceteugenol may be determined by the method of distillation. Steam distillation will decompose most of the aceteugenol. Water distillation is less detrimental to the natural aromatics in the bark. Cinnamon Bark Oil is used in flavors for food and candy, baked goods, and beverages. It boast hundreds of uses and is considered one of the best and most powerful natural antiseptics. In perfumery it blends well with woody oriental arrangements. The warm, dry, and spicy character work well with Citrus and Frankincense.
Be cautious buying Cinnamon Bark. If the price is too good to be true then pass by it.

Mandarin - Indigestion, insomnia, stretch marks, scars, acne
Mandarin oil, Red, Italy
is a descendant of the indigenous fruit from South China. Red Mandarin is also a European ancestor to the American Tangerine. Not surprisingly there are subtle similarities and differences both analytically and in scent and flavor. The Red Mandarin has both an attractive aroma and color. Like other dark citrus oils it is orange-brown or almost red. The scent is very sweet and faintly floral like orange blossoms. Often in Mandarins there is a very slight fishy note that quickly subsides. It is due to the natural constituent, methyl-N-methyl-anthranilate affecting the odor even in trace amounts. This Red Mandarin does not have this amine-like topnote.

Myrrh - Immune system, fights infection, digestion, antifungal, skin disorders [M,B,C]
Myrrh oil, Dark, Kenya
Is sweet, very rich and balsamic. The color may be dark or light amber depending on the methods used in extraction, particularly heat. It has been used for its aromatic properties for nearly 4000 years. Along with frankincense this was one of the gifts brought to Jesus of Nazareth. Though it is high yield, up to 10 percent, it is the accumulation of the best resin tears from the thorny African shrubs and trees that affects the cost. Furthermore experienced professionals with good equipment usually do the distillations and extracts. This dark Myrrh excels in aroma and tenacity, although myrrh is typically not very tenacious.

Neroli - Insomnia, depression, high blood pressure
Neroli oil, (True), Tunisia
Is a sweet floral aromatic oil also referred to as Orange Flower oil. Highly sought for its high notes, various factors contribute to the excessive cost. First, gathering the flowers is labor intensive and they must be distilled immediately after harvest. In addition the yield is less than half a percent. The oil does not keep well and has a short shelf life compared to other florals, like jasmine. There are significant variations in the aroma of Neroli depending on the country of origin and the distillation methods and procedures. Ideally the flowers alone are distilled very near or at the point of harvest. France, Italy and Tunisia are the leading producers of Neroli in terms of both quality and volume.
