AromaSteam is shipped by NVC Logistics located in Bensenville, IL. 

Threshold Service (included in purchase price)

• 4 hour delivery window during regular delivery hours of M-F 8am-6pm.
• Delivery of product into the front entrance or garage on the ground floor of the residence, or to the ground-level backyard patio or deck.
• No room of choice, No unpack, No stair carry on threshold service.

White Glove Service ($50 additional charge) - option available at checkout:

• 4 hour delivery window during regular delivery hours of M-F 8am-6pm.
• Deliveries completed by multiple people delivery teams, when necessary
• Includes placing products in the customer's room of choice or on a patio or deck (up or down stairs), unpack and debris removal.
• 30 minutes of assembly of product included.

Multiple Deliveries

When shipped to the same consignee, the first unit is charged at 100% of the above rates, with subsequent units charged at 75% of the above cost each.

Remote Locations

Some may require additional charges, a quotation in writing and acceptance would be required before proceeding.
