I am writing to you to say thank you for my AromaSteam which I bought last year. I was recommended your product by a friend who also has a one. She told me it might be of help and after trying hers I decided to get one. At that time I was under a lot of stress and was having difficulty getting a good night sleep. I just felt overwhelmed.
After your recommendation I used the relaxation oil and made it part of my "getting ready for bed ritual" every night, just for 10 minutes or so. I can honestly say from the first night I slept like a baby! I now just do a couple of times a week to keep myself on track, increasing or decreasing the amount of usage depending on what happened that day, or just some "me" time.
There was however something you did not mention - the waste water! After the first session I could not believe the water that had collected in the reservoir! Had that really come out of me?
My husband noticed how my skin is much softer than before - an added bonus! For a lady of a delicate age its nice to get a compliment or two!
I feel really lucky to have come across your product, and wanted you to know how much of a difference it has made to my life. Our circumstances are now much better and we managed to move house last month. Guess what was unpacked on the first day, my beloved AromaSteam!

I have used the AromaStream most days for 5 weeks and my allergies are much better, in that I have fewer bad days, my chronic arthritis seems to be improving slowly, but probably the two are connected and will need a little longer to resolve. I will write an update in a few months.

May 28 2006 Addendum
Since writing this I have now been using the AromaSteam for four months on a regular basis and can say that my tendency to allergy (inhaled moulds and gut Candida) are much better and easier to cope with, despite our enduringly cold winter. My arthritis is still improving, too. I have noticed an improvement in my skin (looks great and I'm not young,) and quality of sleep.
July 8 2006 Update
My allergies have been much better this summer, presumably due to removal of "toxins and residues" and the effect of this on lowering the "total load" on the body.
April 2007 Update
I have now been the delighted owner and regular user of an Aroma-steam Portable Sauna for 15 months, it is a delight to use, there is something very compellingly pleasant about the combined steam and aroma. My health and energy have improved, my hair and nails grow much faster and my skin condition and complexion have improved and I sleep well. I still have occasional "allergy attacks" but they are much shorter and milder. I am sure that removing "toxins" as part of reducing the "total load" on the body is a sensible general approach to many health and energy problems.

My first experience of the "AromaSteam" was when I had a bad chest infection and I borrowed a friends "AromaSteam." So after this I deceided to get one for myself, and it has revolutionised my life. When I came off HRT I had terrible pains in all of my joints from head to toe, and was taking up to 100mg of Ibuprofen per day. Just wanted to let you know I received the AromaSteam this afternoon. I still can't figure out how it arrived so incredible fast but I was more than happy to get it. I had it assembled and I tested it within an hour after it had arrived and must say I love it. My husband is going to get me a shower mat for the floor because I wear an artificial leg which cannot be used while in the sauna. So the floor is a bit slippery when getting in and out with only one leg. I guess my point about that is, that this is something that even handicapped people could use especially when it is in the privacy of your own home.
