Aromatherapy Hot and Cold Rice Pack 5" X 22"
Measures approximately 5 x 22 inches with channels sewn in to keep rice dispersed evenly. The wrap is generous in size and weight. It will cover the upper and lower portions of the neck muscles. Also, great to lie over your forehead or abodminal area.
Simply heat in the microwave for 1-3 minutes. Please remember - if the rice bag is too hot to touch then it is too hot to put next to your skin. You want it warm but not burning.
